After meeting with your family, I will study and draw several preliminary landscape concepts.​ Then we will meet and select the concept that meets your goals and combines our shared vision. 

Next, I will develop a hardscape plan that includes the functional elements such as walkways, driveways, water features, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. These eventually define the basic structure of the design.

The plantings, lawns, and gardens will then be designed taking into account views, topography, soils and drainage, while respecting the existing trees. Privacy and screening of adjacent homes will be addressed by plantings, fences, and walls.

A compelling, elegant and detailed master plan will be documented in detail, optimizing these diverse factors.
